About The Role

You’ll help us bring in the best people to build Indonesia’s leading ecosystem for careers, HR, and youth empowerment — across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita. As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and ensuring every new hire fits both the role and our culture.

This is a role for someone who’s both analytical and people-oriented — you’ll balance speed, quality, and candidate experience to scale teams that move fast and deliver impact.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions (tech, business, creative, etc.).
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn and Dealls.
• Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews across teams.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS (Dealls) and track key hiring metrics.
• Manage candidate experience — from first contact to offer acceptance.
• Support employer branding through recruitment marketing and career events.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the hiring process and efficiency.
