We are looking for a Fleet Sales Supervisor who is driven, target-oriented, and skilled in building strong customer relationships.
This role will be responsible for managing fleet operations and driving sales growth with corporate and fleet customers .
Key Responsibilities : Manage, monitor, and control fleet operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency Develop sales planning and strategy for fleet and corporate customers Handle and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers Achieve sales targets in line with company objectives Coordinate with internal teams to support fleet sales and after-sales processes Prepare reports and analyze market opportunities for fleet business development Qualifications : Have a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or at a big dealer Able to operate Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiently Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Target-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible Able to work under pressure, both independently and in a team Willing to be placed anywhere as required by the company Owns a personal vehicle (minimum motorcycle) Able to drive a car well and holds a valid SIM A (driver’s license) Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus Powered by JazzHR
