Requirements
What you will do but not limited to :
- Establish and manage key relationships with merchants, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and onboard new merchants, driving significant growth in our partner ecosystem.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize merchant engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and ensure merchants’ needs are met effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new partnerships and expansion.
- Manage contract negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding processes for new partners.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, tracking the success of merchant partnerships.

Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.Proven track record in managing digital voucher successful and building merchant partnerships in retail and F&B, sport and entertainment industry.Strong experience in Telco industry is a plus.Good negotiation skills and ability to foster long-term relationships with partners.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and identify growth opportunities.Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.Passion for the digital economy and a keen understanding of market trends.
