The Jabo Strategy and Planning team is the think tank and in‑house strategy overseeing overall P&L and improving growth across all verticals businesses including mobility and delivery vertical. We help realize Grab's vision of becoming Southeast Asia's superapp by delivering essential everyday services that resonate with consumers in Indonesia. Our main focus is on developing executable business strategies that align with our mission of serving the community.
Get to Know the Role
S&P Head of Mobility will help Grab increase market share and drive growth in Mobility, both in GrabBike and GrabCar. You will play an essential part in developing strategy architecture that can help grow Grab's mobility business, managing mobility's P&L in Jabodetabek (both topline and bottomline), report and liaise to senior leadership. This includes creating efficient demand generation strategy, programs to support lower Cost to Serve, and problem‑solving any bottlenecks or operational problems more agilely and much faster than our competitors.
