This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Finance Accounting Tax Manager, located in Surabaya. The Finance Accounting Tax Manager will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, tax compliance, tax preparation, and financial statements. The individual will ensure accurate and timely filing of taxes, maintain financial records, and provide strategic tax and financial advice to the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) function across all sites and branches in Indonesia (Surabaya, Balaraja, Gresik, Jakarta).
• Supervise and develop a team, including Finance Managers, Accounting Managers, and Tax personnel.
• Own and drive the implementation of SAP B1, including system setup, process improvements, and team readiness.
• Build or optimize financial systems, controls, and best practices to support scalable growth.
• Oversee financial reporting : P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis.
• Manage and monitor AR / AP, tax compliance, and overall financial health of the company.
• Ensure cost efficiency and budget discipline across departments and locations.
• Stay up to date with Indonesia's tax regulations and drive compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute financial strategy.
