Manager, Maintenance Power Plant

Overview

Control maintenance cost by maximize spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance and modification, spare part substitution and self-manufacturing. Control Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance to keep plant running with high reliability to support production. Avoid un-plan shutdown to keep all equipment running well to supply power to user stable. Projection scheduling of Boiler & Turbine, CHS and demin plant shutdown to make all plant reliable. Monitoring and control Material, Tools, spare part are available to used as planning schedule of maintenance. Execute improvement / automation action plan from reviewing current business processes for continuous performance excellence. Control CEMS Equipment with periodically check and reliable, to achieve low carbon emission.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance programs to minimize cost and maximize spare part lifetime through preventive maintenance, modification, part substitution, and self-manufacturing.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to ensure high plant reliability and stable production.
• Plan and schedule boiler, turbine, CHS, and demin plant shutdowns to maintain overall plant reliability.
• Ensure materials, tools, and spare parts are available according to maintenance planning.
• Lead improvement and automation initiatives to enhance continuous performance and processes.
• Maintain CEMS equipment with regular checks to achieve low carbon emissions.
