Overview

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking an experienced Key Account SPV to oversee our strategic account with Infinix Indonesia. This contract role is based in West Jakarta and will be responsible for managing and strengthening the key account relationship with Infinix, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Infinix Indonesia account activities and initiatives
Develop and execute account plans to meet and exceed Infinixs business objectives
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for Infinix
Identify new opportunities to expand services and increase value for Infinix
Maintain strong communication and collaborate closely with Infinix stakeholders
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure account profitability and growth
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance the Infinix relationship

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years' experience in a key account management or strategic sales role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to think strategically, identify solutions, and drive results

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Familiarity with the Indonesian market and Infinix's business is highly desirable
