About the Program
MNC University and Timedoor Academy are jointly launching a Japan AI Business Program, aiming to nurture Indonesian talents who can work in global digital industries — especially in Japanese or Japan‑related companies. Our mission is to bridge academic knowledge and real‑world business skills, empowering students to become bilingual digital leaders with both AI literacy and global business sense.
Key Responsibilities
- Design course syllabi for Business, Marketing, and Management classes.
- Integrate real‑world cases and project‑based learning methods.
- Align curriculum outcomes with Japanese business culture and digital transformation trends (DX, AI Business, Start‑ups) .
- Collaborate with Timedoor Academy’s instructional design and LMS teams.
- Create teaching guides, assignments, and assessment rubrics for university lecturers.
- Participate in periodic review meetings (online).
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business.Strong understanding of digital marketing and business management .Excellent communication skills in English.Passion for education and empowering young professionals.Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training content creation is a plus.Background in both academia and industry (e.g., MBA lecturer + business owner / consultant).Good communicator and hard worker.Remote collaboration with flexible working hours.Competitive project‑based fee, depending on experience, scope and volume of work.Potential opportunities for long‑term collaboration as curriculum reviewer or guest lecturer.Additional Information
