Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor located in Pondok Indah Mall. The Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance, inspection, preventive and operations of mechanical and electrical systems. This role involves developing maintenance schedules, ensuring safety standards, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance and Electrical role in Mall or Building
• Mechanical Engineering skills and knowledge of maintenance, preventive and operation systems
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from reputable University
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is a must
