General Sales Manager (Ethical)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategy for hospital products.
• Set and achieve sales targets across regions.
• Lead and coach Sales Managers, District Managers, and Medical Representative.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, KOLs, and hospitals.
• Support tender and formulary processes in hospitals.
• Work with Marketing to align sales and promotion.
• Ensure smooth product distribution to hospitals and outlets.
• Monitor sales performance and report to management.
• Manage sales and marketing budgets.

About the Company

PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk ("Darya-Varia" or "the Company") is a long-established pharmaceutical company in Indonesia that first commenced its operations in 1976.
