Responsibility

• Understand customers’ environment and challenges, then acquire technical requirements through communication
• To structure and produce compelling sales proposals / commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositions
• To oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects are delivered
• Regularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the market
• Plan and implement public relations campaign
• Implement sales & marketing strategies to reach effective market communications in different countries / markets for all business development departments and sales channels
• Align with overseas subsidiaries on their local campaigns
• Evaluate and analyze the feedback and result of all promotional and marketing activities and compile regular reports for management review
