The main mission for this role is to support the HSE Manager in deploying HSE strategic policy by monitoring HSE performance, ensuring group standard implementation, and conducting safety analyses (Root Cause Analysis, Job Hazard Analysis, Job Safety & Environment Hazard Analysis, and other risk assessment) within Air Liquide Indonesia’s facilities and projects.

• Ensure HSE strategic policy and procedures are implemented across every Air Liquide Indonesia’s facilities
• Develop and monitor the company's HSE Program.
• Conduct and monitor HSE risk analysis, such as RCA, JHA, JSEA, Project assessment and other risk assessments
• Perform and monitor audits and inspections, such as BSV, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Inspections, and Safe Work Permit audits.
• Develop and run safety awareness programs for employee and contractor such as monthly Safety Flash, P2K3 meetings, and safety campaigns
• Provide safety training and safety inductions for all new employees and contractors
• Ensure all personnel understand and comply with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Manage the security team at all company sites
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Safety.
• At least 3 years of experience in HSE roles, with a proven track record of managing security, NGOs, contractors, and drivers.
• Possession of a valid SIM A driver's license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to various Air Liquide facilities.
• Ahli K3 Umum licence is preferred\
