Job descriptionResponsible for handling monthly and annual taxes using e-spt -all taxes, e-billing, e-invoice, e-filling Calculate and report all corporate tax payments Ensure that all corporate tax expenditures are Properly calculated and documented for further reporting to management Process and record corporate debt transactions and ensure that all invoices and reimbursements from employees Corresponding via email and telephone regarding late payment, resolving disputes, questions, and other issues Ensure all finance and accounting documents ready before deadline; Financial report, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, Raw Material report, WIP report, Finish good report, General ledger, and others related to finance accounting
Key Requirements
- Minimum education S1 majoring in accounting / taxation
- Able to operate microsoft office, accurate accounting software
- Mastering accounting journals & able to make financial reports
- Mastering tax regulations
- Experienced in the field at least 2 years
- Diligent, thorough, and able to work according to deadlines - able to work independently and team
