QHSE Officer (Food)

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia. In this contract-based role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our operations in South Jakarta. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment for our employees and clients.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures within the hospital kitchen and food handling areas
• Conduct regular risk assessments related to food preparation, storage, and kitchen operations, and apply appropriate control measures
• Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety best practices
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and food-related safety issues, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure full compliance with HSE, food safety, and hygiene regulations, including internal and external audit standards
• Collaborate with kitchen, catering, and facility management teams to identify and resolve potential HSE concerns
• Maintain accurate HSE and food safety records and documentation, including training logs, inspection reports, and audit findings
