Proficiency in risk business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent presentation skills with the capability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Job Description
- Develop comprehensive retail credit risk policies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular analysis and monitoring of the retail portfolio to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for both internal stakeholders and external executive audiences.
- Facilitate meetings and committees to address retail credit risk issues and set strategic agendas.
