Job Description :

Our client is one of Indonesia's leading construction and investment companies. As a state-owned enterprise, it plays a pivotal role in the development of Indonesia's infrastructure, contributing to numerous large-scale projects across the country.

• Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, purchase agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, compliance, and risk management activities.
