What You Will Do :

You will be responsible to contribute on the success of Johnson Controls Service Sales department, setting goals for the team, ensuring that the sales target is achieved, and growing the business that leads to revenue growth.

How You Will Do It :

• Manage and lead service sales team to achieve the annual service sales target.
• Prepare tender, contract, and quotation.
• Negotiate on price and terms & conditions.
• Prepare annual sales target and monthly / quarterly forecast along with Gap closure action items toward delivering plan / forecast & identification of issues / risks and potential solutions to meet forecast.
• Generate weekly / monthly / quarterly sales reports.
• Review any outstanding escalations (Collections, NPS, etc.)
