Area Sales Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for Catalyst in the watches industry. As the spearhead in the Java area, you will drive store performance in operational efficiency, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role.
• Proven experience in the retail industry with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence (preferably in the watches industry).
• Knowledge of the watches industry, including product and business processes.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Agility to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, customer orientation, attention to detail, and persistence to achieve targets.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Surabaya.
