At Samara Yachting Agency , we curate ultra‑luxury voyages aboard some of Indonesia’s finest yachts. Representing a hand‑picked fleet including Samara Otium and Mischief, we specialize in bespoke sailing experiences across Komodo, Raja Ampat, and beyond— for clients who expect nothing but excellence.
As we expand our charter business globally, we’re looking for a dedicated Charter Broker who is confident in selling high‑ticket experiences, can manage leads with care, and has an eye for detail when dealing with elite clientele.
Responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound charter inquiries for Samara’s private yacht offerings
- Craft personalized itineraries and pricing for UHNW clients and VIP travel agents
- Conduct Zoom calls and client consultations to understand guest needs and present tailored options
- Follow up with prospects across email, WhatsApp, and CRM
- Maintain detailed deal tracking and reporting in FreshSales
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to confirm availability and align with guest expectations
- Represent the Samara brand with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
Qualifications
Proven experience in luxury travel, yacht charter, villa rental, or private aviation salesConfident selling to HNW / UHNW clients and creating high‑conversion proposalsExcellent communication skills (written & verbal) with fluency in EnglishDetail‑oriented and proactive with strong follow‑throughFamiliar with CRMs and structured sales trackingSelf‑motivated and able to manage time independentlyKnowledge of Indonesia’s sailing regions (Komodo, Raja Ampat, etc.) is a plusWhat We Offer
