Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, or related technical field.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably within the hospitality industry (hotels or villas) or other facilities management settings.
• Exposure to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for systems like water heaters, air conditioning, and lighting.
• Ability to quickly address issues in a high-standard environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic English to coordinate with the team and follow instructions.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
