Grün Resort Uluwatu is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, breathtaking ocean views, and exceptional guest services. Nestled in the heart of Bali’s famous Uluwatu area, our resort offers a serene getaway and a wide array of amenities, ensuring an unforgettable experience for both guests and team members.

This department focuses on strategic oversight and leadership responsibilities essential to our overall success.

Position(s) Available

Resort Manager
Villa Manager (Canggu)

Requirements

Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Sound financial acumen and budgeting skills.

Familiarity with hospitality software and management systems.

Flexibility to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced resort environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of the resort or assigned villa.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate department teams to ensure top-quality service.

Develop strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue while maintaining brand standards.

Uphold safety, sanitation, and customer service guidelines.

Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, F&B, Finance, etc.) to optimize workflow.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
