Job descriptionEvaluate current business operations to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity, cost management, and quality. Establish and monitor KPIs to assess operational performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize processes. Collaborate with teams across departments to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. Act as a key advisor to senior executives, providing data-backed insights and recommendations on business decisions. Lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and ensure successful project execution. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, presenting clear updates, outcomes, and proposals for improvement. Have a degree in business administration, engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years experience in program management, strategy consulting and field operations Proficiency in managing daily operations , coordinating between departments, and ensuring efficient resource allocations Strong analytical skills to assess data, evaluate program performance, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal data to identify growth opportunities and risks.
