Responsibilities

• As required, perform 5
• 8 IDC computer room duty, and respond quickly or arrive on site for on‑site support according to emergency response requirements during non‑working hours.
• Abide by the red line of asset management, integrity, compliance and legal requirements of Alibaba to ensure that the workflow is compliant and legal; do not type code, do not conceal or violate the law.
• Strictly implement the personnel entry and exit registration management and asset entry and exit registration management of the warehouse in strict accordance with the asset SOP.
• Be familiar with asset management tools and platforms, respond to and execute work orders according to service SLA requirements, and ensure the SLA standard rate and the accuracy of asset information. Provide optimization suggestions for the asset management process and work order process.
• Be familiar with the IDC computer room environment and asset security management norms, and strictly manage the safety of asset storage, transportation, entry and exit, scrapping and removal in accordance with the asset SOP, ensuring that assets are not damaged. Provide optimization suggestions for environmental safety, asset security control measures, etc.
• Responsible for the inventory of all assets in the computer room, ensuring the consistency of position, SN, status, model and other information of the assets, and that the asset information is 100% accurate. Proficient in using asset management tools, related software, etc. for rapid data retrieval, analysis and abnormal information extraction.
