To lead, strategize, and execute marketing and sales activities to achieve the company’s business targets in property development. This role oversees overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, sales performance, customer engagement, and product planning — ensuring sustainable revenue growth and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans for residential and commercial projects.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities.
Set annual sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue objectives.
Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver high-performance results through effective training, target-setting, and reward systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, agents, and strategic partners.
Oversee marketing materials, media planning, and creative direction to maintain a premium brand image.
Collaborate with project and design teams to define market-driven product concepts.
Identify and propose new market segments and innovative marketing approaches.
Manage marketing and sales budgets efficiently, ensuring ROI-focused spending.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market analysis, and marketing effectiveness for management review.
Lead and coach the marketing and sales teams to achieve professional excellence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in property sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a reputable property developer.
Proven track record in leading successful property launches and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and consumer insights.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
