Responsibilities
- Manage employee and office hardware : laptop, computer, mouse, keyboard, headphone; office hardware including printer, speaker, CCTV, telephone line, handphone, tablet, signing pad, projector, television, door finger-print
- Ensure internet connection, firewall, and security
- Database management
- Integration with HR : absence fingerprint, onboarding, offboarding
- Software management : HR, finance, CRM, email, website, subscription, etc.
- Handle other IT / technology related issues
