About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales for North America to lead our growth across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will own the regional sales strategy, accelerate market expansion, and drive revenue and profitability for our AIDC products, solutions, and services. You will lead a high‑performing sales team, grow strategic accounts, and build a strong partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & Market Growth
Develop and execute the North America business strategy, annual plans, and quarterly initiatives. Set and achieve sales targets (Revenue / GP / Market Share). Analyze trends, competition, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions. Drive commercialization of new product lines and industry solutions. Lead regional sales, channel, key account, and technical support teams. Build a high‑performance culture with clear KPIs and incentive mechanisms. Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent to strengthen team capability. Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Finance, and Operations teams to support execution. Expand and manage distributors, resellers, and system integrators. Define channel policies, pricing structures, and partnership models. Evaluate partner performance and optimize cooperation for market coverage. Lead joint GTM campaigns and co‑marketing initiatives.
Key Account & Industry Expansion
Manage top strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction and long‑term relationships. Identify and grow opportunities across retail, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and government. Build strong relationships with customer executives and lead major deal negotiations. Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting, and accuracy for sustainable growth. Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for performance tracking and reporting. Manage pricing, profitability, and contract risk. Provide regular updates and recommendations to headquarters.
Branding & Market Alignment
Partner with Marketing to execute branding and event strategies in the region. Represent the company at key industry conferences and exhibitions. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support new product launches.
