Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Payroll Officer role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area . The Payroll Officer will be responsible for maintaining salary structures and employee benefits, managing personnel records in the HRIS system, and ensuring all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time. The role also includes updating payroll data, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring payroll operations run smoothly in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Required skill(s) : PPH 21, salary review, job grading, BPJS, Insurance .
• 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Comprehensive knowledge in a wide range of compensation (base pay, long-term incentive program, annual incentive program, sales compensation programs, reward, recognition program & budget planning)
• Experience in handling and maintaining HRIS program
• Excellent leadership skills & strong communication skills
• Familiar with SAP
