• Lead and manage the full HR functions, including recruitment, employee life cycle, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, learning and development, and employee engagement.
• Manage payroll management and employees' benefits in compliance with the relevant legislation in a timely and accurate manner.

• Review, develop, and implement HR policies, plans, processes, and programs to ensure they are effective, relevant, and aligned to organizational goals, market trends, and competitiveness.
• Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide advice and coaching to address people-related matters, including grievance handling and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement programs to promote a people-centric and collaborative culture.
• Manage day-to-day office and purchasing operations; oversee overall office activities and budgeting.
• Manage relationships with facilities management and coordinate office maintenance and support needs.
