Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Development & Strategy Specialist to play a central role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the profitability and long-term value of our company.

This high-impact position sits at the heart of both our operational and HQ-level transformation efforts, directly contributing to cross-functional projects that span cost optimization, growth strategy, investment assessment, and new business development.

The role demands not only strong analytical thinking to identify the “right answer,” but also entrepreneurial ownership to implement solutions, resolve roadblocks, and ensure measurable results. You will work closely with senior leadership and multiple departments to drive initiatives from concept to execution—making this position a rare opportunity to create real business impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Corporate Development

• Lead development of mid- to long-term strategic plans, incorporating market trends, internal data, and competitive dynamics
• Recommend actionable growth strategies — new business models, partnerships, GTM approaches, or capability builds
• Provide recommendations to optimize operations — starting with understanding operations in depth, analyzing data, and deriving insights on agendas such as cost optimization and process optimization
