Job description

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

  • Mengelola seluruh proses keuangan dan akuntansi perusahaan
  • Menyusun dan melaporkan pajak (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Badan, dll)
  • Mengontrol arus kas, pembayaran pemasok dan piutang pelanggan
  • Mencatat transaksi ekspor-impor (bahan baku dan produk jadi)
  • Menyusun laporan laba rugi, arus kas, dan laporan manajemen lainnya
  • Mengelola perhitungan biaya produksi dan pengendalian biaya
  • Mengoperasikan dan mengelola sistem Odoo & SAGE ERP (wajib)
  • Menjadi penghubung dengan konsultan pajak, auditor, dan bank
  • Membantu dalam audit dan pelaporan internal ke manajemen

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Finance / Accounting Manager atau Chief Accountant
  • Pengalaman dalam industri manufaktur sangat diutamakan
  • Menguasai sistem perpajakan dan akuntansi di Indonesia
  • Pengalaan ekspor-impor dan perhitungan HPP WAJIB
  • Pengalaman kerja dengan sistem Odoo & SAGE ERP
  • Mampu menggunakan Excel dan software akuntansi (ERP)
  • Teliti, Jujur, dan Bertanggung Jawab.
  • Wajib Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah
  • Bisa bergabung segera dalam waktu 2-3 minggu.
