Associate Customer Success Manager, Indonesia
Location : Remote, open to contractors from the APAC region.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the partner and journey orchestrator for a high‑volume portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to use data‑driven insights to promote customer retention and value realization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a portfolio of accounts, leveraging automated playbooks to help customers achieve value across onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Deliver one‑to‑many customer training and education sessions and host office hours for Q&A.
- Analyze customer sentiment and growth propensity using the Customer Success tooling, identifying strategic customers for account planning.
- Support the Account Management team with adoption insights, focusing on deep relationships with CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, and cloud architects.
- Manage customer escalations, identify risk, and build mitigation plans with Account Management and CS leadership.
- Act as the customer advocate, building trust and transparency.
- Escalate product feedback to engineering and product managers.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of DoiT’s products and help customers leverage solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years of Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS company.Technical aptitude and interest in automation and AI.Ability to manage high workloads with strong attention to detail and prioritization.Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships.Creative problem‑solving track record on internal and customer‑facing issues.Accountability, organization, and a positive, can‑do attitude.Fluency in English (verbal and written).BONUS POINTS
Experience with finance or data analytics.Experience with a public cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure).Cloud Provider or FinOps certifications.Additional languages.BENEFITS
