Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for high-traffic microservices.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve reliability and latency issues.
• Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines to support rapid and safe deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system architecture and service resilience.
• Automate operational tasks and improve observability across services.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and cost optimization.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, network, and infrastructure layers.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Helm).
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
