Risk Control Manager

Overview

As a Risk Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the company’s risk management framework, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth. This role requires deep expertise in the P2P Lending industry, unsecured financial products, and strong communication skills, particularly in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk analysis, scoring, and reporting for unsecured financial products such as personal loans, installment payments, and credit cards.
• Monitor and evaluate risk exposure within the FinTech P2P Lending industry.
• Ensure compliance with OJK and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Independently lead risk control projects with timely and effective execution.
• Identify potential risks across business operations and propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and regulators.
• Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Act as a key liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
