We are seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Supervisor to strengthen our company’s talent pipeline and employer image. This role plays a key part in attracting high-quality professionals through effective recruitment strategies, external partnerships, and creative branding initiatives. You will oversee mid to senior-level hiring and drive the company’s visibility across schools, universities, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for middle to senior-level positions , ensuring alignment with company goals and manpower planning.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, headhunting, and networking.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and advise on talent market trends.
Ensure a strong candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, schools, and professional institutions to strengthen employer presence and internship pipelines.
Represent the company in career fairs, campus events, and networking sessions to attract emerging and experienced talent.
Develop and manage internship and management trainee programs in collaboration with HR and functional leaders.
Drive initiatives to enhance the company’s presence and reputation across social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels .
Collaborate with the internal communication and marketing teams to create engaging content showcasing company culture, employee success stories, and career growth opportunities.
Develop campaigns that highlight the company’s values, work environment, and people to attract top-tier talent.
Monitor engagement analytics and continuously improve branding activities for stronger visibility and reach.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
Proven track record in hiring mid to senior-level positions .
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with schools, universities, and industry communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English .
Creative thinker with understanding of social media branding and content management .
Experience in LinkedIn Talent Solutions, recruitment tools, or digital marketing is an advantage.
