Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Achieving own yearly budget on Sales, Margin and AR2. Develop the business in the segment & maintain relationship with key accounts3. Willing to travel Overseas and domestically for customer visits4. Forecast, set budgets, timely review & update service sales estimates in segment as required5. Set sales, margin, collection & customer feedback targets for Sales and regularly review their performance6. Monitor & report order intake, Sales, Margin, AR & other Sales KPI monthly or as required7. Draft & negotiate with customers sales contracts, conduct review process according to Goltens Sales guidelines8. Timely arrange for and conduct kick off meeting to ensure a seamless handover of all closed order intake to delivery9. Assume accountability for cost efficient sales team activity planning10. Coordinate and reasonably request Sales Support team on part orders, proposals and offering administration11. Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information12. Handling customer complain13. Develop & maintain customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Education : o S1 & D3 (Mechanical Engineer or any discipline)
- Experience : o S1 min – 8 years o D3 min – 10 years
- Skills & Knowledge : o Familiar MS Office o Fluent in English
- Training o Negotiation skill o Selling skills o Training Awareness ISO 9001 o Product knowledge o Leadership
