Maintain a good relationship with the property owners and hotel / property staff
Monitoring the qualities of properties
Handle 30-40 properties
Manage key partners by building relationships with the properties
Liaise with all internal departments to manage the properties
Analyze the business and coordinate with property owners on long-term goals
Develop new initiatives to maximize growth and meet customer needs
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and improve operational efficiency
Willing to work on the field to visit and follow up properties
Onboarding new property partners
- Minimize property churn
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics and Science related majors are preferred
Minimum 3 years work experience in a fast paced & demanding environment : Bank, Insurance, Property Technology Platform, Hotel, Business Consulting, E-commerce, Telco, etc.
Good in Communication and negotiation and Problem Solving skilss
