Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets using analytics, statistics, and programming skills.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Apply predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences and other business outcomes.
• Mine and analyze organizational databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies.
• Integrate third-party data sources with organizational data when needed.
• Develop and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture, particularly for reports and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to design and build BI dashboards and reports.
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from diverse sources using SQL and big data technologies.
• Create analytics tools that provide actionable insights on customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other business performance metrics.
• Build and optimize reporting services and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Use statistical programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL) to manipulate large datasets and generate insights.
• Work with Database Administrators, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to enhance functionality of data systems.
• Respond to service requests and manage data updates across BINUS business units / divisions, particularly for BI dashboards.
• Analyze databases relative to other databases to identify gaps or opportunities.
• Monitor the quality of data analysis processes, ensuring security, accuracy, and consistency across divisions.
• Coordinate with IT departments to maintain high-performing data centers.
• Monitor and analyze ETL data synchronization across BINUS databases.
• Ensure compliance of all data processes with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Improve data requests, reporting, and analytics using Data Warehouse (DWH), Big Data, and BI technologies.
• Maintain and optimize performance of DWH, Big Data, and BI platforms.
• Automate data requests and reporting services based on user needs.
