Overview
- Lead, manage, and deliver on full P&L responsibility for the Ads Service & SaaS businesses.
- Review all revenue streams that we have, and identify potential growth lever while maintaining profitability for Ads Services and SaaS businesses.
- Drive key stakeholders to deliver business targets.
- Present business performance, progress report, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Identifying room for improvement from the current business process and propose the solutions.
- Aligning with stakeholders to collect data, analyze, problem solve, and draft & iterate solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
- Manage and drive strategic relationships with key partners and key clients.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing strategy team to execute key initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in business project management, business analysis, process improvement, or go to market strategy.Minimum 3 years experience of managing a team.Experience in management consulting firm is a plusExperience in Ads, Digital Marketing, and SaaS is a plus.Proven track record of managing P&L and driving business growth.Able to set priorities and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills – verbal and written & has assertiveness to drive team, peers, and stakeholders.Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in revenue forecasting and profitability optimization.Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, platforms, and trends.A fast learner who quickly adapts to fast-moving market dynamicsResult-oriented and ready to hands-on to drive result & achieve targetStrong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision makingExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsEvermos is committed to providing an inclusive environment where equal opportunities are available to all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, or related condition.
