Business Process Re-engineering

Reviewing, developing, and redesigning the company's business processes, as well as implementing a quality management system and fostering continuous improvement.

Handling the annual improvement / innovation event, which involves participation from all employees, and providing mentoring for participants.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling and improving Business Processes (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Good knowledge and proven experience in Business Process Modeling and Quality Improvement methodologies, such as Business Process Improvement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and evaluation skills.
• Willing to be located in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
