Uraian TugasStrong technical and leadership skills in data engineering and analytics At least a Bachelor degree in a quantitative subject, e.g. finance, financial mathematics, computer science, mathematics, physics, bio-informatics, engineering Have demonstrable experience (minimum 4 years) of working as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist within a fast-paced working environment Experience in managing 5-10 subordinates, preferably with exposure to all data functions : Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Governance & Quality Expert in data analysis and generating business insights - you are going to be the engine that will drive the data monetization projects Strong in data manipulation and inferential statisticsExperienced with advanced Data Analytics / Predictive Analysis : Data modelling, Credit scoring, Machine learning, Customer journey model and predictions, Fraud identification Comfortable working with open-ended questions and potentially ambiguous problem statements Experience in collaborating with people outside your domain to deliver impact Financial Service experience is a plus point
