Network Operation & Maintenance (NOM) Manager

Overview

Network Operation & Maintenance (NOM) Manager : Manage daily operations of Data Centre and the broadband network (OLT, ONT, backbone, metro ethernet, access networks, IP / MPLS, and transmission).

Lead NOC monitoring, incident handling 24 / 7, and preventive / corrective maintenance.

Supervise Technical Support & Field Support teams (escalations, troubleshooting, on-site maintenance).

Develop preventive & corrective maintenance programs to ensure network reliability.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for network issues.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Monitor KPIs (uptime, latency, utilization) and ensure SLA & QoS standards.

Plan capacity upgrades, network expansion, technology upgrades (FTTH, GPON / XGS-PON, IP / MPLS), and disaster recovery readiness.

Manage vendors, contractors, and coordinate with internal departments.

Report on network performance, outages, and maintenance activities.
