Job Overview

Provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role will handle troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support to keep business processes running effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Assist employees with system access, email, and application-related issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and system performance.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams when necessary.
