As our Performance Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive the success of our marketing initiatives by managing and optimizing high-impact performance campaigns. You’ll use data-backed strategies to increase customer acquisition, maximize ROI, and push our brand to new heights—especially in key international markets like the US and New Zealand .

Key Responsibilities :

Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution :

• Develop and execute robust marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube Ads) to drive quality traffic and results.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on TikTok advertising initiatives.
• Run direct-to-consumer marketing to boost sales and brand engagement.
