TikTok Shop by Tokopedia - Global Regional Key Account (GRKA) Lead, FMCG - Indonesia
Responsibilities
- Category Strategy & Growth : Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Beauty category, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends; identify high-potential brands, sellers, and product segments, and establish acquisition plans to onboard them effectively; monitor and optimize category performance to drive GMV, revenue, and market share.
- Seller Relationship Management : Build and manage a pipeline of strategic sellers and brands, negotiating partnerships to enhance assortment and pricing competitiveness; conduct regular business reviews with key sellers to identify growth opportunities and resolve challenges; drive assortment expansion by identifying gaps and securing relevant partnerships.
- Innovation & Competitive Advantage : Identify and implement strategic initiatives to enhance category competitiveness (e.g., exclusive brand partnerships, product bundling, promotional mechanics); stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer insights; optimize seller engagement and operational efficiency to improve category health.
- Team Management & Leadership : Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with clear role definitions, KPIs, and career development paths; foster a collaborative, agile, results-driven culture; ensure alignment with business priorities and drive daily operational impact; lead team meetings and promote continuous learning.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Proven experience in eCommerce, category management, or business developmentMinimum Bachelor’s degree or aboveProficiencies in English and Bahasa IndonesianExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate cross-functionallyStrong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; experience in team managementHigh integrity and trustworthiness when handling sensitive financial and policy-related informationAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt strategies to changing business needsPreferred Qualifications :
Leadership and project management skills with ability to guide cross-functional teamsProactive, self-starter mindset focused on continuous improvementBig-picture thinking with structured, organized project management (planning, root cause analysis, risk mitigation, process optimization)Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile with exposure to ops and commercialExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExperience in managing global / regional key accounts is preferredAbout TikTok
