Uraian TugasDeveloping the blueprint for the retail business, and implementing the strategies for launching. Ensuring the right locations will operate efficiently to meet the company's standards. Ensuring that stores are compliance with local laws and regulations. Recruiting, building, and leading a high-performing executive team, and fostering positive corporate culture. Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, including the board of investors, employees and customers. At least 10+ years of working experience in the management / leadership position, and you have to come from : Retail or FMCG sector. If you have experience in consulting firms, with combination in retail and FMCG, you are also welcomed to apply. Bachelor degree from reputable university. Experience in working for both local and multi-national companies will be higly preferred. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team. Hands on, ability to work with minimal supervision, and does not mind working in a lean set up.

Job Description
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase market shares and to create brand awareness.
- Managing budgets, forecasting sales, and ensuring profitability and financial health of the company.
- Analyzing market shares, trends, consumer behaviour and analysing competitors so that he / she can adapt their strategies accordingly.
- Serving as the primary spokesperson for the entity in Indonesia, representing its interest in public events and media interactions.
