Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Sales Manager with strategies to maximize room revenue and achieve occupancy targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends and guest preferences
- Prepare reports and forecasts to track sales performance and market share
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotions and offers
- Manage inquiries and bookings efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service
- Participate in networking events and exhibitions to promote the hotel
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales or reservations, preferably in the hotel sectorStrong understanding of room sales strategies and market dynamicsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in English; additional languages are an advantageStrong organizational skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management systems
