Job Description
Mission
Be a key contact for Credit Insurance and Services solutions between clients, brokers and Coface internal functions, responsible for renewing portfolio of accounts.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring compliance and providing product / service information
- Resolve client issues and complaints, coordinating with internal departments for timely solutions
- Handle contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and derogation requests as needed
- Execute and improve commercial team processes, providing input to management for development
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Attract potential customers by answering inquiries and suggesting additional products / services
- Actively promote new products and solutions of Coface within the existing clients in order to maximize up-selling effect.
- Manage the customer relationship throughout the client life cycle.
Qualifications
University degree in Business Studies or related field with 5+ years' experience in business development / account management, preferably in financial / insurance industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa IndonesiaBroad understanding of key markets, their conditions, and competitor specificsStrong analytical and presentation skills, able to convey complex commercial situations to managementProficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with digital toolAdditional Information
