Senior Treasurer

How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities :

• Work closely with Accounting, Tax, HR, and other teams to arrange and execute payments
• Monitor liquidity and prepare cash flow forecasts, including cash pooling and loan drawdowns with corporate and group companies
• Perform compliance checks on vendor bank details and initiate payments through banking portals
• Prepare payment vouchers, maintain accurate financial records, and support audit processes
• Manage relationships with banks, keeping updated on regulations and cash management products
• Support account opening / closing processes and manage banking profiles and references
• Oversee daily cash position, monitor cash flow, and optimise interest earnings
• Prepare daily bank book, reconciliations, and financial position reports
• Handle bank guarantee applications requested by commercial teams, including issuance, amendments, and renewals
• Track expiry dates, costs, and compliance of bank guarantees
• Collaborate with project, HR, accounting, and tax teams to prepare cash flow forecasts (daily to annual)
• Identify and manage FX, interest rate, and operational risks
• Obtain FX and deposit quotations from multiple banks for decision-making
