About the Role :

BCG is hiring a Partner to lead and grow its Financial Institutions Practice across Southeast Asia. This senior leadership role focuses on solving the most complex challenges facing financial services clients — from strategy to transformation — and developing long-term, high-impact client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead strategic engagements for financial institutions (banks, asset managers, insurers, fintechs) in SEA.
• Shape and deliver innovative client solutions across business strategy, digital transformation, product development, and organizational change.
• Oversee client teams : manage Project Leaders, Principals, and Consultants.
• Drive business development and own proposal generation, pipeline growth, and client relationship management at the executive level.
• Contribute to thought leadership and shape the intellectual agenda of the Financial Institutions Practice Area (FIP) .
• Act as a mentor and leader for internal talent development.
