Business Development / Site Expansion Manager

The role is responsible for supporting store development and expansion initiatives through data-driven analysis, stakeholder coordination, and lease management. This includes preparing and maintaining key reports related to store renewals and feasibility studies, validating data for store projections, and identifying strategic locations in collaboration with mall management. The position also involves reviewing lease documentation with landlords and legal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of payment reconciliations and property-related claims.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and update reports related to the renewal process, service charge rate adjustments, and store feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.
• Process and validate data used in feasibility studies and Store Opening Forms (SOF) to ensure accuracy in store projections and simulations.
• Follow up with landlords and mall management regarding expansion plans to identify potential strategic locations for new stores.
• Collaborate with landlords and the legal team to review Letters of Intent and Lease Agreements, ensuring all terms and clauses are mutually agreed upon.
• Monitor and follow up on payment reconciliations, as well as claims related to water leaks or other damages, to ensure timely resolution and approval by landlords.
